About Erin
I am a native Southern Californian and an equestrian show jumper since the age of 7. I received my bachelor’s degree in Sociology from SDSU while competing and riding professionally in San Diego. I became passionate about functional movement and healing through the Pilates method after using it to treat a personal back injury. Following my interest in rehabilitation and pain treatment, I completed a comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Body and earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University.
After receiving my DPT, I moved to Los Angeles to pursue a specialty in pelvic health and had the honor of training under some of the world’s best surgeons, physicians, and pelvic health physical therapists specializing in complex pain. My areas of expertise include functional movement assessment, orthopedic physical therapy using the Pilates method, and treating the full spectrum of pelvic floor dysfunction, including bowel, bladder, and sexual dysfunction. My specialty in pelvic health aligns with my Pilates foundation, allowing me to approach the body as a whole while focusing on body mechanics, movement dysfunction, and pain treatment. I believe in the body’s remarkable ability to heal, and life has taught me that it is not only my truest desire but also a privilege to assist people on their journey back to wellness.
Outside of work, I love running, skiing, volunteering with International Relief Teams, and, above all, still riding.
